Meet Harley

Harley's love for dogs and all animals was ignited by two beautiful childhood Maltese terriers, Buzz and Toto. These dogs were not only the perfect family companions but also Harley's best friends during their upbringing. This bond fostered a deep-rooted desire in Harley to pursue a career within the animal industry. After completing high school, Harley embarked on studies in Veterinary and Wildlife Sciences, simultaneously working part-time at a Boarding Kennel & Dog Daycare. It was in this setting that Harley developed a keen interest in dog behaviour. Eventually, this passion led Harley to make a decisive shift from university studies to focus entirely on dog behaviour and training.

Harley finds immense joy in watching the dynamic interactions between people and their dogs, especially witnessing the mutual enjoyment and the progress made through training. The fulfillment derived from assisting in their training journey is described as nothing short of awesome.

For the past two years, Harley and her fiancé have been on a quest to find the perfect little English Stafford to welcome into their home. They are hopeful that the wait will soon be over. Harley is eager to explore various dog sports, aiming to discover activities that both they and their future dog will enjoy, while also seizing every opportunity to learn more along the way.

When not engaged in dog training, Harley indulges in various creative endeavors. With a passion for art in many forms, Harley enjoys photography, interior design, painting, and even pottery classes. Despite not considering themselves particularly skilled in these artistic areas, Harley appreciates the creative process and the joy it brings.
